Title: Do you suffer from treatment-resistant depression?

What is the purpose of the study?
     The purpose of this research study is to find out if adding an anti-inflammatory medication (minocycline) to standard antidepressant treatment is effective in reducing depressive symptoms in people suffering from treatment-resistant depression.

a mental health or
addiction problem: 

No

     Age range: 18 - 80

What does the study involve?
     Number of contacts:  There will be 5 visits with the research team which can be done in-person at CAMH or virtually
     Time period:  12 weeks
     Length of contacts: The first visit will take approximately 3.5 - 4 hours. The other 4 visits will take approx. 1.5 - 2 hours.
