What is the purpose of the study? |

The purpose of this research study is to find out if adding an anti-inflammatory medication (minocycline) to standard antidepressant treatment is effective in reducing depressive symptoms in people suffering from treatment-resistant depression.

There will be 5 visits with the research team which can be done in-person at CAMH or virtually |

Length of contacts: |
The first visit will take approximately 3.5 - 4 hours. The other 4 visits will take approx. 1.5 - 2 hours. |
